The time has come for the Pavlova Recipe:

yolandefrankly:

Ingredients:

3 room temp eggs (must be room temp)

teaspoon cornflour

teaspoon water

teaspoon white vinegar

1 cup caster sugar

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees C.

Line baking tray with baking paper.

Separate the whites of the eggs in a big bowl. Keep the yolks for batter or whatever. Ensure no shell or yolk gets in or this will ruin the pav.

In a separate bowl, sift the sugar and cornflour together, well. Mix well.

Beat the egg whites until they stand in peaks.

Whilst beating the egss, gradually add the sugar mix, water and vinegar. Continue until firm and glossy. Do not over-beat.

Either make one blob of mixture, or several small ones (doesn’t matter) on the baking tray.

Put in oven to 140 degrees and leave in for 40 mins. DO NOT EVER OPEN OVEN!.

After 40 mins, turn off oven and leave pavs in oven for 1 hour. STILL DON’T OPEN OVEN!

Make your own topping, fool!

Oh damn! I am excited for dis!!!!!!

Are you gon’ make it? It has eggs…
